Smoking Policy: Smoking allowed in the parking lot only.
Accessibility Information: Cabin 1 has a ramp and roll-in shower with access to the bathrooms. The inn has a ramp accessible to the common areas and dining room. The inn rooms, other cabins, and campsites are not accessible. (All 9 Inn rooms are second floor)
Pets: We’re sorry, but we do not allow pets. Trained service and therapy dogs are welcome. Please contact the Innkeeper at least a week prior to bringing any service dogs to the property.
Loud Music: We love music but what may be an acceptable volume to one guest might be too loud for another. Please respect your other guests and do not play music so loud that can be heard by others.

Revised Cancellation and Deposit Policy

Inn and campsites all year and cabins/Deerpath September 1-June 14:
1. Deposits: 1⁄2 at time of reservation. Note new deposit amount.
2. Cancellations: 130 days or more before scheduled arrival date – full refund of deposit less
$50.00 processing fee. 29 to 15 days before scheduled arrival date – one half refund of deposit.
14 days or less before scheduled arrival date – no refund of deposit.
NEW Summer cabin/Deerpath rentals (June 15-August 31):
1. Cabin/Deerpath reservations made in advance of the rental year:
–Deposits: 1/2 at time of reservation; final 1/2 December 1.
–If an individual unit on the reservation is cancelled, deposit for whole reservation will be
prorated and deposit on individual unit cannot be applied to other units on reservation.
–Reservations must be cancelled by January 1 of the rental year.
–Cancellation before January 1 of the rental year: full refund of deposit less $100 processing
fee per cabin/ Deerpath.
–Cancellation after January 1 of the rental year: No refund of any deposit.
2. Cabin/Deerpath reservations made after January 1 of the rental year:
–Deposit: 1/2 at time of reservation; final 1/2 May 1. Reservations made after May 1: full
amount due at time of reservation.
–Cancellation before May 1: full refund less $200 processing fee.
–Cancellation after May 1: No refund of deposit. Full amount of reservation will be charged.
All no shows will be billed full amount for the stay.

30 days or more before scheduled arrival date – full refund of deposit less $20.00 processing fee. 29 to 15 days before scheduled arrival date – one half refund of deposit. 14 days or less before scheduled arrival date – no refund of deposit.
No Shows will be billed full amount for the stay.
