Event Information
*Effective October 2023 we will only host weddings after Columbus Day and before June 15th. In an attempt to not interfere with other guest experiences, we request that the entire Inn is reserved for wedding guests with your booking*
*The site rental is $3500.00 and does not include rooms.
*We collect a $500 refundable damage deposit upon booking your event. This will be returned if no damage/excessive clean up, within 10 days of the event.
*All vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
*Caterers can be your choice, our Preferred Vendors are L&J Moore from Indian Lake. www.adkheart.com
*Vendors providing alcohol must provide the Inn a copy of their liquor license and liability insurance.
*We strongly advise hiring a wedding coordinator for the event and are happy to make a referral. We do not provide any staffing for the event.
*There is not adequate indoor space at the Inn to accommodate a large event if it rains.
*The Inn can accommodate events up to 45 people inside, 120 outside.
* Chairs, tables and tents may be rented by outside vendors. Ceremonies may take place anywhere on the property but tents are only allowed set up on the tennis court due to liability purposes and NYS liquor authority.
*Our restroom can only accommodate parties of 45 or less. If booking a larger event, a restroom rental must be provided by an outside vendor.
Please be aware that the Town of Arietta has a Good Neighbor Policy of no noise after 10pm.
