POLICIES
PET POLICY - WE ARE PET FRIENDLY Pets are welcome with their owners in our West Shore campground sites and can enjoy most of our over 600 acres and shoreline. Pets are restricted from our buildings, beach and common lawn/picnic areas. We reserve the right to deny certain species and can't always accommodate all pets. Please ask in advance.
SMOKING The Irondequoit is a no smoking Inn. We have a strict non-smoking policy inside all Lodge rooms, efficiencies and cabins and on the porches of the Annex and Lodge buildings. We have a smoker's station for your convenience located outside adjacent to our restaurant.
DEPOSIT POLICY A 1/3 deposit is required when booking - we use a credit card guarantee to hold your room. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. Final payments may be made by cash or check. A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. In the event of cancellation, deposits will be returned, provided that we are notified at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Deposits for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will not be refunded. If less than 30 days' notice is given, deposit may be used toward another visit within six months, provided we can rebook the cancelled reservation. For cancellations with less notice (including late arrivals and early departures), deposits will be refunded if the room can be re-booked, less a $35 processing fee.

We can't guarantee that you room will be ready before 4:00 P.M. You are more than welcome to check in earlier, park your vehicle and enjoy our grounds. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 8:00 pm so we can keep the light on for you. An early check-in or late departure may be possible based on space availability and will subject to additional charges.
EXTRA PERSON/EXTRA BEDS All of our Lodge room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Some Inn rooms (2, 3, 8, 9 and 12) can accommodate additional guests for a fee of $20.00 per person per night. A rollaway bed is an additional charge of $10.00 per person per night.
QUIET As a courtesy to fellow guests and our peace loving neighbors we ask for quiet, subdued voices and no musical instruments before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Hovercraft or jet skis are not welcome on our beach, but may be launched from nearby public landings.
